Care That Promotes Independence & Dignity

Living with a physical disability should never mean losing your independence or the ability to live life on your own terms. At NextGen Healthcare Services, we provide hands-on, person-centred support that works around your routine, your goals, and your home — helping you do more of what matters to you.

Who We Support

Who Can Benefit From Our Physical Disability Support?

Our physical disability service is designed for adults of all ages who live with physical impairments and need support to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Acquired Physical Disabilities
Adults who have developed a physical disability through injury, illness, or neurological condition — such as stroke, spinal cord injury, or multiple sclerosis.
Lifelong Physical Conditions
Individuals living with conditions present from birth or childhood — including cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, or limb differences — who require ongoing daily support.
Post-Operative & Rehabilitation
People recovering from surgery, serious illness, or injury who need short- or long-term support during their rehabilitation and return to independence.
Our Approach

Enabling Independence at Every Level

We believe that every person — regardless of the nature or extent of their disability — has the right to live as independently as possible. Our team works to remove barriers, build confidence, and expand what's possible for each individual we support.

Support is built around the person — not the condition. We work collaboratively with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals to ensure our care complements and enhances any clinical treatment in place.

Trained in Manual Handling
All carers are trained to the highest safe moving and handling standards, reducing risk for both the individual and the carer.
CQC Regulated Care
All our services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, providing families with confidence and assurance in the quality of our care.
Personalised Care Plans
Every care plan is co-designed with the individual and reviewed regularly to ensure it always reflects changing needs and goals.
24/7 On-Call Support
Our on-call team is available around the clock, giving individuals and families peace of mind whenever they need it most.
