At NextGen Healthcare Services, we provide dedicated support for adults and young people with learning disabilities — including autism spectrum conditions (ASC), Down syndrome, and other cognitive impairments. Our goal is to promote independence, personal growth, and meaningful community participation.
Every individual we support has a tailored care plan developed in partnership with them, their families, and any other professionals involved. We focus on building skills, not dependency — celebrating every milestone and working towards the goals that matter most to each person.
Our specialist learning disability support is available to adults and young people aged 18 and over with a range of conditions and needs.
Our approach to learning disability support is rooted in respect, ambition, and a deep belief in the potential of every person we work with.
Starting support is straightforward. Our experienced team guides you and your family through every stage — from first contact to ongoing care.
Our specialist team is available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with 24-hour on-call support for existing service users.
We offer a comprehensive range of specialist care services to support individuals across the East Midlands.
