What We Provide

Specialist Care For Older Adults

As we age, everyday tasks can become more challenging — but that doesn't mean giving up the home, routines, and independence that matter most. At NextGen Healthcare Services, our specialist elder care service is designed to fill the gaps, providing exactly the level of support needed so older adults can continue living well on their own terms.

Whether someone needs a brief daily visit to assist with morning routines, or more regular support throughout the day, our experienced carers are there with warmth, patience, and professionalism. Every care plan is built around the individual — their preferences, history, and the life they want to lead.

Our Commitment

Why Families Trust Us

When it comes to the care of an older parent or loved one, trust is everything. We know families need more than just a care provider — they need a partner who genuinely understands what is at stake and who will treat their loved one with the same warmth and attention they would receive at home.

Person-Centred Planning
Every care plan is co-created with the service user and their family, built around personal preferences, cultural background, and daily routines.
Consistent, Familiar Carers
We match service users with the same carers wherever possible, building genuine, trusting relationships over time.
Fully DBS Checked & Trained
All carers are DBS checked, trained to Care Certificate standards, and receive specialist training in elder care and dementia awareness.
